Many of us have gone through very difficult times e.g. the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, a debilitating disease, a physical challenge, a divorce, and many more. In this passage, I believe Solomon is give us valuable insights that when we view life from above (God’s Prospective), we are able to gain godly wisdom even through adversity. If we choose to go through adversity without God, we always will only be able to face with the wisdom of the world (worldly wisdom under the sun). This will result in frustration and leave us open to the solutions that worldly wisdom provide which will always end badly.
