Christ followers are called to let the life of Christ flow from our hearts in everything we say and do. The question is how do we do that? Paul addresses this issue with the Christ followers in Colossian church, because false teachers we trying to convince the believers that they had the secret, mystical, formula for a “deeper knowledge” of religion. In this teaching, they were denying that Christ was fully human and fully God. They were teaching the he was just an emanation along with angles and others that were necessary to learn deep secrets. This was just pure heresy and it started to disconnect the believers from the source of live who is Jesus Christ!
